Recipe White Sauce:

Ingredients:

* 1 pack Tatra pack Cream
* 1/4 tsp Oregano
* 1/2 tsp Parsley
* 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
* 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
* 2 tbsp Oil
* 2 tbsp Butter
* 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
* 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
* 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions:

1. In a pan, melt butter with oil over low heat.
2. Add chopped garlic and sauté.
3. Add flour and cook for a minute.
4. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously.
5. Add parsley, oregano, salt, tatra pack cream, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese.
6. Cook until desired consistency is reached. Set aside.

Risen Dough:

Ingredients:

– 2 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
– 1 1/2 tsp Salt
– 5 tbsp Oil
– 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
– 2 tsp Instant Yeast
– 2 pinches Baking Powder
– Warm milk (mixed with water for kneading)

Instructions:

1. Mix dry ingredients and oil.
2. Gradually add warm milk to form a soft dough.
3. Knead well and apply oil.
4. Let it rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes.

Chicken Chunks Recipe

Ingredients:

– 500 grams Boneless Chicken (cut into chunks)
– 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic (GG) Paste
– 1 tsp Black Pepper
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder
– 1 tsp Oregano
– 1.5 tbsp Chilli Flakes
– 1/2 tsp All Spices Powder
– Salt (to taste)
– 1 tsp Cumin Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 4-5 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté briefly.
3. Add chicken chunks and cook until they start to brown.
4. Add black pepper, coriander powder, oregano, chilli flakes, all spices powder, salt, cumin powder, and red chilli powder.
5. Mix well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Pizza Assembly and Baking:

1. Roll out dough and place on a pizza tray. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
2. Make slits with a sharp knife.
3. Apply toppings in layers:
1. Pizza sauce
2. Mozzarella cheese with white sauce
3. Prepared Chicken chunks
4. Veggies (onion, capsicum)/add more according to your choice
5. Cheese (mozzarella & cheddar) with pizza sauce
6. Seasoning (mixed herbs/oregano)
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or follow baking in patela method accordingly.

Baking Pizza in a Patela (Alternative Method)

If you don’t have an oven, you can bake the pizza in a patela on a stovetop.

Instructions for Baking in a Patela:

1. Preheat the patela on low-medium heat with a lid on it for about 5-10 minutes.
2. Place a microwave stand or patela stand inside the patela.
3. Place the pizza dough (with toppings) on the stand.
4. Cover the patela with a lid.
5. Cook on low-medium heat for about 20-25 minutes or until the crust is cooked and the cheese is melted.

Notes:– Check the pizza occasionally to avoid burning the crust.
– You might need to adjust heat levels based on your stovetop and patela.

This method is a handy alternative when an oven isn’t available!
