Ingredients:
* Chicken fillets: 1kg (thinly pounded)
* Egg: 1 (beaten)
* Flour: 2 tbsp
* Corn flour: 2 tbsp
* Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
* Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
* Vinegar: 1 tsp
* Red chili powder: 1 tsp
* Salt: to taste
* Mustard paste: 1tbsp
* Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Coating Mix:
* Flour: 2 cup
* Corn Flour: 1/2 cup
* Rice flour 4 tbsp
* Salt: 1/2 tsp
* Paprika powder: 1tbsp
* Chicken powder: 1tbsp
* Baking powder: 3pinch
Instructions:
1. Marinate Chicken:
– Clean chicken fillets.
– Marinate with all ingredients listed above.
– Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
2. Coat Chicken:
* Coat chicken fillet with dry mixture
* Dip in chilled water.
* Coat again with dry mixture.
* Shake off excess flour.
3. Fry Chicken:
– Heat oil on high flame.
– Lower flame and deep-fry coated chicken fillets until done
Burger Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
– Mayonnaise: 4 tbsp
– Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
– Salt: a pinch
– Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp
– Onion powder: 1/4 tsp
– Chili sauce: 2 tbsp (or more to taste)
– Ketchup: 1 tbsp
– Mustard paste: 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
2. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Tips:
– You can adjust the amount of chili sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
– This sauce is great on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dip.
Assemble the burger:
– Spread butter on one half of the burger bun.
– Spread sauce on the other half.
– Layer with lettuce and coated chicken fillet.
